We, Prof. Dr. Alp Özgün Börcek, as the data controller, aim through this privacy and personal data protection policy to inform you about which of your personal data will be processed and for what purpose, with whom and why the processed data may be shared, our data processing method and legal grounds, and what your rights are regarding your processed data.

Your IP address and user agent information will be processed solely for analytics purposes, through cookies and similar technologies, by automatic or non-automatic means, and sometimes obtained from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers and technology providers, being recorded, stored and updated, within the scope and for the duration of the service and contractual relationship between us, based on the legitimate interest processing condition.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), everyone has the right, by applying to the data controller, to:

1. learn whether personal data is being processed,
2. request information about it if personal data has been processed,
3. learn the purpose of processing of personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
4. know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom personal data is transferred,
5. request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. request erasure or destruction of personal data,
7. request that the operations carried out pursuant to items (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. request compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
